Diesel prices continue to drop for the second straight week according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The on-highway national average went down -$0.035 to $2.489.

Midwest states saw the biggest dip with a -$0.043 decrease to $2.411 a gallon, while the Rocky Mountains had the smallest change only dropping -$0.019 to $2.625. California remains the highest with a $2.884 average despite a -$0.022 decrease and the Gulf Coast remained the lowest with an average of $2.329 following a -$0.039 change.
