Aaron Decker

Aaron Decker is the driving force and visionary behind the Multi Service Fuel Card 45-year-old start-up mentality. After joining the company in 2012 as the director of marketing, he became managing director of the fuel card business in 2017 and took over as CEO in 2021 when Multi Service Fuel Card became a portfolio company of Shell. His passion for the business is fueled by two things: serving an industry that truly keeps our nation running and breathing new life into a brand that disrupted the industry when it was founded and returning it to a position of disruption again.

Aaron graduated from Kansas State University and serves in the community in a variety of ways, including serving on the Auction Committee for the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City. Aaron enjoys following his Kansas State Wildcat sports teams and occasionally brings his English Bulldog, Bo, into the office, which is always met with fanfare!

Sarah Hall

Sarah Hall is our Senior Director of Finance. She has been with Multi Service Fuel Card since 2021, bringing with her more than 10 years of financial expertise. Sarah is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and expert guidance on business data insights. In her role, Sarah oversees various areas of finance and administration including financial analysis and business intelligence reporting as well as accounting including payroll, accounts payables and receivables.

In addition to her financial responsibilities, Sarah managed the Human Resources function at Multi Service Fuel Card through its first year as a portfolio company or Shell and has since built out the Human Resources department and continues to play a critical role in the overall corporate culture. When she isn’t behind the computer crunching numbers, she is either traveling the world, capturing picture-perfect moments behind the lens of her camera or at the lake with her family.

Ralph Shepard

Ralph has been with Multi Service in various roles for 25 years. From an accounts receivable rep to tech support and account services, Ralph has supported all aspects of the customer experience in his tenure. As Senior Director of Operations, Ralph oversees the Multi Service Fuel Card underwriting, onboarding, customer service and accounts receivable functions. Because so many critical team members report through Ralph's team, he also plays a critical role in workplace culture. In fact, he spearheaded the implementation of a teammate recognition system widely used across the company.

Ralph is a licensed Amateur Radio Operator and provides communication services at several public service events throughout the year. As the son of a teamster, trucking is "in Ralph's blood" and he enjoys the diverse set of responsibilities involved in operations to provide the best possible customer experience.

Ron Gundersen

Ron began his career with Multi Service in 2000 as a software engineer and took on additional responsibilities as a team leader and engineering manager before taking on a senior leadership role as the Director of Product and Technology when Multi Service Fuel Card was acquired as a portfolio company of Shell in 2021.

Prior to Multi Service, Ron was a software engineer for a health care software developer where lives literally depended on the quality of code he was developing. He has brought that same level of meticulous quality control and innovation to Multi Service Fuel Card and is excited to bring new innovations to market that will support an industry that is essential to our daily lives and overall economy.

As director, Ron has been critical in transitioning the Multi Service Fuel Card applications to the Shell network and obtaining ISO certification. Ron holds a BS from the University of Central Missouri. In his free time, he is a highly competitive table tennis and pickleball player.

Patricia Waguespack

Tricia Waguespack is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who has been promoting innovative payment solutions for fuel, parts and service within the trucking industry for nearly two decades. With prior experience in both the B2B and B2C arenas, she specializes in transforming the corporate buying cycle into personalized customer experiences.

Tricia joined the senior leadership team in 2023 from Navistar, Inc. (now International). Tricia graduated with St. Francis University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and Chatham University with an MFA in writing. Storytelling is passionate about making sure our team members' commitment to customer experience shows through at every point in the customer journey.

Jessica Dotson

Jessica Dotson joined Multi Service in 2018 to spearhead the development of the account management team, which continues to be a critical touchpoint for customers looking to optimize their fuel management. Today, she is focused on forging meaningful alliances that foster the organic growth of our core fuel card business while building a suite of offerings that support the well-being of truck drivers and the broader trucking community. Her passion for trucking industry is an integral part of who Jessica is. She is the proud wife of an owner operator and co-owner of Dotson Transportation.

Prior to joining our team, she’s served the trucking industry in a variety of back-office roles to immerse herself in various facets of the industry. Her dedication to the trucking world goes beyond the day-to-day responsibilities; it's a mission to foster positive change and growth within the industry. Outside of the office you can find Jessica spending time with her family fly fishing or camping on the river.
