Diesel Fuel Prices Jump .06 Across The U.S.

august-30-2016-diesel-graph-01 Diesel fuel prices jumped significantly this past week according to the most recent report from the EIA.  Fleets across the nation saw, on average, a six cent spike from what prices were last week at this time. Every region reported an increase with the highest jump happening in the Gulf Coast region, which saw a seven cent leap. Despite the jump in price, the Gulf Coast region does maintain the most affordable gallon of fuel at $2.249. California had the second lowest jump with just a .027 increase, but still is the price-point king for the most expensive gallon of fuel, coming in at $2.723 per.
