Diesel prices are up and down this week with both the Lower Atlantic and California seeing an increase according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The national average is down -$0.007 to $2.562.

The largest decrease came from the Rocky Mountains with a -$0.016 drop to $2.516 while the Gulf Coast had the lowest average coming in at $2.408 with a -$0.006 drop. California saw the largest increase and the highest average with a $0.004 jump to $2.927 per gallon.
