Diesel Prices Continue To Dwindle Across U.S.

All regions in the United States saw a decrease in diesel fuel prices during the fourth week of July. The cost of fuel in the United States went down an average of -$0.059 from last week. The Central Atlantic saw the largest price decrease with -$0.067 while the Rocky Mountain region only saw a decrease of -$0.035.

Diesel fuel prices are down -$1.135 from this week in 2014. The West Coast saw the highest diesel fuel prices with an average price of $2.957. The New England region followed in close second at $2.932. The lowest average prices was $2.611 in the Gulf Coast region. These fuel prices are a part of a weekly report published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
