The On-Highway National Average fell again this week according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The average price per gallon is down -$0.022 to $2.421 across the country.
The Rocky Mountains saw the greatest decrease with a fall of -$0.037 to $2.455. The Lower Atlantic had the smallest change with a drop of -$0.008 to $2.355. The Gulf Coast has the lowest average coming in at $2.296 a gallon, while California tops the list with an average gallon price of $2.804.
