Diesel prices are all over the place this week according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The on-highway national average dropped another -$0.005 to $2.539 a gallon while some regions saw individual increases.
The largest drop came in the Midwest with a -$0.011 change to $2.468 a gallon, while the largest jump was in California with a $0.010 spike up to $2.912 which was also the highest average in the nation. Despite an increase of $0.002, the Gulf Coast remains the lowest average coming in at $2.384.
