Diesel prices are up this week on the West Coast and down for everyone else according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The nation as a whole saw prices of $2.558, down -$0.004 from last week.

The lowest average comes from the Gulf with a price of $2.403 and a drop of -$0.005, while the largest decrease was in the Midwest with a -$0.008 change to $2.492 a gallon. California saw the largest increase and the highest average with a $0.017 change to $2.944.
