New England saw the largest drop with a -$0.009 change to $2.616 a gallon, while the Rocky Mountains had the highest jump coming in at $2.714 following $0.014 increase. California continues to top the charts with a price of $2.961 and an increase of $0.012. The Gulf Coast still has the lowest average with a -$0.002 change to $2.408.
