National Average Goes Down, East Coast Goes Up
Diesel prices fell across the country this week, except in the East according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The average price per gallon is at $2.382, down just -$0.007 from last week.
The Rocky Mountains saw the greatest price drop with a scant -$0.017 fall to $2.465, but the lowest average continues to be in the Gulf Coast with $2.230. The highest increase this week comes from the Central Atlantic with a $0.004 raise to $2.489 per gallon. California holds the highest average with $2.739.
