Your earbuds a likely readily available in your pocket or, if you prefer headphones, resting comfortably around your neck. Technology has become one of the most essential parts of modern like. We wear it, carry it, work on it and, quite frankly, depend on it in some shape or form for the large majority of our days.

In 2025, the consumer electronics market was valued at 864.73 billion and was projected to grow at a CAGR of 8.38% through 2034. Knowing that 38% of consumer electronic exports come out of the Asia Pacific market, while the U.S. consumes 20-25% of all consumer electronic sales, the long-distance logistics are often handled by ship and aircraft. But trucks serve as a critical connector that link each stage of the supply chain together.
Due to their value and demand, consumer electronics are also among the most targeted cargo theft categories. In 2024, electronics accounted for 24% of all cargo theft incidents, requiring additional security and tracking.
