MULTI SERVICE FUEL CARD MSFLEET PORTAL

MSFleet Portal is the user dashboard for fleet administrators of the Multi Service Fuel Card program. The following training videos will walk you through how to set up your account by cost center for streamlined accounting and reporting. It will also provide insight into recommended security features for your account, such as Unit and PIN set up and walk you through how to enable and utilize money products on your account.

MULTI SERVICE FUEL CARD MOBILE APP TRAINING VIDEOS

The Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App provides owners and fleet managers the ability to manage card and user access on-the-go and provides drivers with the most up-to-date pricing information at 6,500+ truck stop locations nationwide. Watch these short tutorials highlighting the major features of the application.

User Roles with Access: Free Agent Driver

Upon download, your drivers receive "Free Agent" access to the app. This means they can browse fuel locations and fuel plan along their route with visibility to posted pricing from each merchant.

Free Agents can request access to your account by adding their Multi Service Fuel Card number to their user profile. This will send a request to the Fleet Owner and Fleet Manager for approval. Drivers can be assigned the following roles:

Driver users will see the account-specific price at each merchant location, so they have the ability to make the most cost-effective fueling decision for the fleet.

Driver-Limited will continue to see the posted price at each merchant location but will have additional features available to them in future app releases.

Load a profile for each of your trucks into your Multi Service Fuel Card mobile app. This area allows you to set the fuel capacity and average miles per gallon of each vehicle you drive. It also allows you to set your general truck stop search radius, fuel type and amenity requirements for each profile.

Under the Main Menu, select ‘Truck Profiles.’ From here, you can ‘Edit’ an existing profile or ‘Add New Truck.’ Provide a Nickname for each power unit, then drag to set the average MPG, Tank Capacity and Truck Stop Search Radius. Finally, identify the fuel requirements for the vehicle and click ‘Save.’

When Fuel Planning, you will be able to select a saved truck profile and the app will estimate your next fuel location for you.
