MULTI SERVICE FUEL CARD MSFLEET PORTAL
MSFleet Portal is the user dashboard for fleet administrators of the Multi Service Fuel Card program. The following training videos will walk you through how to set up your account by cost center for streamlined accounting and reporting. It will also provide insight into recommended security features for your account, such as Unit and PIN set up and walk you through how to enable and utilize money products on your account.
MULTI SERVICE FUEL CARD MOBILE APP TRAINING VIDEOS
The Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App provides owners and fleet managers the ability to manage card and user access on-the-go and provides drivers with the most up-to-date pricing information at 6,500+ truck stop locations nationwide. Watch these short tutorials highlighting the major features of the application.
Activate or Deactivate a Card
Step 1
From the app's shortcut menu, tap Card Management.
Step 2
By default, you'll see All Cards associated with your account. If needed, use the filter at the top of the screen to view only Active or Inactive cards.
Step 3
Select the card you'd like to manage.
Step 4
The current status of the card is displayed:
- Green indicates the card is Active.
- Red indicates the card is Inactive.
Step 5
Tap the status toggle to change the card's status.
Step 6
Review the confirmation message and select Confirm to complete the change or Cancel if no changes are needed.
Your card status is updated immediately, giving you greater control over your fleet.
Order New Cards
Step 1
Open the Card Management section from the app menu.
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of your list of cards and select Order Cards.
Step 3
Enter the number of new cards you'd like to order.
Step 4
Tap Submit Card Order.
Step 5
A Success message will appear confirming your order has been received.
Your request has now been submitted, making it easy to add cards to your fleet whenever business needs change.
Find a Truck Stop
Step 1
Open the Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App and navigate to the Fuel Locator.
Step 2
Browse the interactive map to view nearby card-accepting truck stops. You can pan and zoom the map to explore locations in your current area or along your route.
Step 3
Select a truck stop location to view additional details, including fuel pricing and other available information.
Pro Tip
Use the Filter option to narrow your search based on your preferences or browse the map just as you would in the Fuel Locator.
Understanding Fuel Prices
Fuel prices are color-coded to help you quickly identify the pricing available to you.
- Green price boxes display your account-specific fuel price, including discounts beyond the posted cash price.
- Blue price boxes display the posted retail fuel price.
Users with Fleet Owner, Fleet Manager, and Driver-Full permissions can view account-specific discounted pricing directly in the app.
Users with Driver-Limited permissions will see the posted retail fuel price.
Plan Your Fuel Stops
Step 1
Open the Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App and select Fuel Planner.
Step 2
Select Show All Locations On Route or Estimate My Fuel Stops
Step 3
Enter your starting location and destination.
Step 4
If you selected Estimate My Fuel Stops, select or add a truck for this route, then tap the fuel gauge to set its current fuel level.
Step 5
Review the truck stops displayed on the map.
Pro Tip
Use the Filter option to narrow your search based on your preferences or browse the map just as you would in the Fuel Locator.
Eligible users with Fleet Owner, Fleet Manager, or Driver-Full permissions will see their account-specific discounted fuel prices.
Users with Driver-Limited permissions will see the posted retail fuel price.
Get Directions
Step 1
Once you've selected your preferred fueling location, tap Directions.
Step 2
Your device's default navigation app will automatically open and provide turn-by-turn directions to the selected truck stop.
Request Insta Money (Drivers)
Step 1
Open the Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App, tap More, and select Insta Money.
Step 2
Tap Request Insta Money.
Step 3
Enter the amount you are requesting.
Step 4
Provide the required trip details, including:
- Purchase Order (PO) Number
- Unit Number
- Trip Number
Step 5
Tap Next to review your request.
Step 6
Select Confirm to submit your request.
Your request is immediately sent to your Fleet Manager or Fleet Owner for review and approval.
Generate a One-Time PIN
Step 1
From the Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App home screen, tap One-Time PIN.
Step 2
If prompted, select the fuel card you'll be using. Fleet Managers can generate a PIN for any eligible card on the account, while drivers will generate a PIN for their assigned card.
Step 3
A unique One-Time PIN will be generated and displayed in the app.
Fuel Using Your One-Time PIN
Step 1
At the truck stop, swipe your Multi Service Fuel Card at the fuel pump.
Step 2
When prompted for your driver PIN, enter the One-Time PIN displayed in the mobile app.
Step 3
Once the PIN is validated, your transaction will be authorized and you can begin fueling.
Why Use One-Time PIN?
Unlike a traditional PIN that stays the same, every One-Time PIN is generated specifically for a single transaction. This helps reduce the risk of fraud by preventing stolen PINs from being reused, providing an additional layer of protection for your fleet.
Note: Your account must have the One-Time PIN feature enabled to use this functionality.
Create or Edit a Truck Profile
Step 1
Open the Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App and select Truck Profiles from the main menu.
Step 2
To update an existing profile, select Edit. To create a new profile, tap Add New Truck.
Step 3
Enter a nickname for the truck or power unit to make it easy to identify.
Step 4
Use the sliders to set:
- Average miles per gallon (MPG)
- Fuel tank capacity
- Preferred truck stop search radius
Step 5
Select the vehicle's fuel type and any desired truck stop amenities.
Step 6
Tap Save to store your truck profile.
